Our 30-Night Sleep Guarantee
If hush. isn't working for your family, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return:
- Email us at with your order number.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label — no cost to you.
- Once your return arrives, we process your refund within 2 business days to your original payment method.
Condition: We know you have to actually try hush. with your baby to know if it works, so gentle use is completely fine. Please return it reasonably clean, with the warming pouch and remote included.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: If your hush. arrives damaged or it's the wrong design, email with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free — no return needed.
